What type of products do you allow?
We welcome all family friendly items. No adult rated items will be permitted.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can sell?
No. When we say unlimited we mean it. List as many items as you like.

Do I need to know any html or coding to use your program ?
No way.. when we say easy.. we mean that too! :) but.. if you would like to use some basic html to spruce up your page or product descriptions you are certainly welcome to.

What payment methods can I accept with my booth?
At this time your booth will support payments via paypal or a shopper can order by email and mail you a check or money order.

Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely! Although a domain like www.createabooth.com/Vendors/yourbooth is provided free of charge we encourage you to use your own domain name like www.mybusinessname.com and set it to forward to your booth address. Customers can access your booth much easier this way.. without having to remember such a long address.. Grab a domain today at www.diydomainshoppe.com for around $10 per year.

Can I use my own graphics?
Many free templates are included with your booth free of charge and you can use any of our free welcome banners too, or easily upload your own logo or banner in your booth manager. If you wish to use your own buttons and backgrounds to we can install them for you for a $5 per template fee.
